About CleanCoat
We are Colin and Rachael, the husband and wife team behind CleanCoat. We deliver top tier exterior cleaning across County Down, Belfast and the surrounding areas.
Direct and local
Real people, honest prices and spotless results are what we aim for. When you choose CleanCoat, you speak directly with the people who run the business, from the first enquiry to the final tidy up.
Colin carries out the work. Rachael looks after the customer side, including calls, quotes and keeping you updated. Together, we aim to make exterior cleaning straightforward and stress free.
Our story
CleanCoat is owned and run by Colin and Rachael. From the first enquiry to the final tidy up, you deal directly with the people responsible for your property.
Colin
Colin has more than two decades of hands on trade experience. He is the person on the ground and, when the job calls for it, on a PASMA scaffold tower. After years in precision trades, he brought that careful eye to exterior cleaning.
Whether he is soft washing a delicate roof, treating K Rend or pressure washing a patio, Colin brings the equipment and technical know how to get it done properly.
Rachael
While Colin is out making driveways gleam, Rachael keeps everything moving behind the scenes. She is usually your first point of contact, handles customer enquiries and makes sure you get the answers you need.
Rachael also uses Google Earth to get an early look at roofs and properties, helping prepare practical quotes before the Renault Trafic van turns up. If the customer service feels easy, that is down to her.
Why choose us?
We built CleanCoat to give our local community professional exterior cleaning without the hassle. From Rachael’s prompt replies to Colin’s final rinse, the aim is simple: leave your home looking its best and earn your trust for the long term.
