Exterior cleaning services

Six services.
One considered approach.

From roofs and gutters to hard surfaces and rooflines, we discuss the material, condition and access before recommending a route.

01 / Roof cleaning

Clear moss and restore the roof’s appearance.

Organic growth can leave a roof looking tired and can build up in the places water needs to run freely. Our roof cleaning approach is tailored to the roof material and condition, with gentle techniques used where needed to remove moss, algae and debris.

02 / Gutter clearing

Keep water moving where it should.

Leaves, moss, twigs and live growth can stop gutters doing their job. CleanCoat’s high-reach gutter-vac method is designed to clear debris efficiently from the ground, with camera inspection and attention to downspouts.

03 / Pressure washing

Refresh driveways, patios and paths.

Pressure washing can lift grime, moss and weathering from hard exterior surfaces. We look at the material first and use an appropriate method to help restore the look of driveways, patios, paths and other outdoor areas.

04 / Soft washing

Gentle treatment for sensitive exterior surfaces.

When a surface calls for a lower-pressure approach, soft washing can be an effective route to remove algae, moss and staining. It is particularly useful where a more forceful wash is not appropriate.

05 / Steam cleaning

Deep cleaning with water and heat.

Steam cleaning is a lower-pressure, chemical-light option for hard surfaces, roofs, patios and brickwork. It is suited to jobs where careful treatment matters and can help lift stubborn grime, algae and deposits.

06 / Fascia & soffit cleaning

Tidy the roofline, not just the obvious surfaces.

Fascias and soffits are exposed to rain, dust, algae and general weathering. A careful clean helps refresh the roofline’s appearance and supports regular exterior maintenance.
